AR10 WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Data Controller, i.e. AR10 UAB, hereinafter referred to as the Company, respects the privacy of the visitors, hereinafter referred to as the Visitors, of the www.ar10.lt website, hereinafter referred to as the Website. Thus, the Company undertakes to ensure proper protection of the personal data of the Visitors and the exertion of their rights as data subjects.

This AR10 UAB website privacy policy, hereinafter referred to as the Website Privacy Policy shall regulate the main principles and procedure of collecting, processing and protecting the personal data of the Visitors and shall be considered and integral part of the Privacy Policy of the Company.

The definitions used in the Website Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings as the ones defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal norms regulating the protection of personal data.

  • Keeping in touch with members of Youtube
  • Improving the website operation

When processing personal data for the purpose of keeping in touch with the Visitors, the Company:

    • As set forth in Clause a) of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Regulation, with the Informed Consent of the Visitor that has been given when submitting the respective message or comment for the purpose of communication and/or messaging.
  • Stores personal data:
    • For no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing and determined in the applicable legal norms.

     The Company uses the following cookies to improve Website operation:
